1. INFORMATION WE COLLECT

• Contact and identity information, such as name, email address, telephone number, and billing details.
• Purchase, subscription, access, support, application, and program-participation records.
• Information you choose to submit in forms, messages, surveys, coaching materials, or community areas.
• Device, browser, approximate location, referral, campaign, cookie, and site-interaction information.
• Fraud-prevention, security, consent, and transaction records from our service providers.

Payment-card numbers are handled by payment providers such as Stripe or Shopify and are not stored in our application database. Do not submit passwords, private keys, government identifiers, medical records, or other sensitive information unless a specific secure workflow expressly asks for it.

2. HOW WE USE INFORMATION

We use information to operate the site; provide purchases, memberships, applications, programs, and support; verify payments and access; communicate service and marketing messages; personalize and measure the experience; prevent abuse and fraud; protect our systems and participants; maintain records; comply with law; and improve our products, content, and campaigns.

3. SOURCES AND LEGAL BASES

We receive information directly from you; automatically from your browser or device; from payment, ecommerce, hosting, community, analytics, email, video, and conferencing providers; from referral and campaign partners; and from public or lawful business sources. Depending on the activity and your location, we process information to perform a contract, take requested pre-contract steps, comply with law, protect legitimate interests such as security and service improvement, or with consent where consent is required. You may withdraw consent prospectively, without affecting earlier lawful processing.

4. HOW WE DISCLOSE INFORMATION

We disclose information only as reasonably necessary to service providers that support functions such as hosting, databases, payments, ecommerce, email, analytics, video, conferencing, customer support, and security. These may include Vercel, Convex, Stripe, Shopify, Resend, Google Analytics, Vimeo, Zoom, and High Vibe TV or Uscreen, depending on the service you use. We may also disclose information to comply with law, protect rights or safety, investigate abuse, complete a business transaction, or at your direction.

We do not sell personal information for money. We do not knowingly share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. Analytics and advertising technologies may be subject to legal opt-out rights depending on your location and how they are configured.

5. COACHING, RECORDINGS, ASTROLOGY, AI, AND SENSITIVE INFORMATION

If you join a live or recorded program, your name, voice, image, screen share, chat, and contributions may be visible to authorized participants. Offer-specific disclosures describe recording and access. Astrology or coaching information you voluntarily provide may reveal personal circumstances or beliefs. AI tools may process prompts or materials only as needed for a feature you request. Do not submit government identifiers, passwords, private keys, regulated health records, confidential client data, precise financial-account credentials, or biometric identifiers unless a specific secure workflow expressly requests them. We do not use coaching media to identify you through facial recognition or sell biometric information.

6. PUBLIC AND COMMUNITY CONTENT

Information you publish in a public profile, comment, community area, live chat, or other shared space may be seen, copied, or used by other participants. Do not publish information you want to keep confidential. Private program materials are restricted to authorized members, but no online community can guarantee the conduct of every participant.

7. COOKIES, ANALYTICS, MARKETING, AND CHOICES

We and our providers may use cookies, local storage, pixels, and similar technologies for essential operation, preferences, security, analytics, attribution, and campaign measurement. You can limit cookies through browser settings, use supported privacy controls, or opt out of marketing email through the link in the message. Blocking technology may cause some features to stop working.

8. RETENTION AND DELETION

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described here, including service delivery, transaction and tax records, dispute prevention, security, legal obligations, and enforcement. Retention periods vary by record type. Account deletion or a privacy request does not itself cancel a purchase, payment plan, membership, or other contract. We may retain transaction evidence, consent records, security logs, tax and accounting records, dispute records, and limited backups where required or permitted by law.

9. YOUR PRIVACY RIGHTS AND APPEALS

Depending on your residence, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, portability, or information about collection and disclosure; to opt out of certain processing; or to limit use of certain sensitive information. We will not discriminate against you for exercising a legal privacy right. We may need to verify your identity and may retain information where an exception applies, including transaction, security, legal, and fraud-prevention records.

We will respond within the period required by applicable law and explain any denial or exception. Where your law provides an appeal right, reply to the decision with “Privacy Appeal” in the subject line. You may also contact the appropriate regulator or attorney general. We will not discriminate against you for exercising a privacy right.

10. SECURITY

We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed for the nature of the information, including access controls, provider security features, authentication, encryption in transit where supported, monitoring, and retention limits. No network, storage system, or transmission is completely secure. Protect your credentials and notify us promptly if you believe your account or information has been compromised.

11. CHILDREN AND ADULT-ONLY SERVICES

The site and paid services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. Purchases and THE ASCENDANT 10 are for adults. Contact us if you believe a child has submitted personal information so we can review the request.

12. CALIFORNIA NOTICE AT COLLECTION

California residents may request information about categories of personal information collected, sources, business purposes, categories of recipients, and specific pieces of information; and may request correction or deletion subject to exceptions. The categories collected are the identifiers, customer and transaction records, commercial information, internet or network activity, approximate geolocation, audiovisual information, professional or business information, inferences, and voluntary sensitive information described above. We collect and retain them for the purposes and periods stated in this Policy. We do not sell personal information for money and do not knowingly share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We do not knowingly use or disclose sensitive personal information to infer characteristics beyond purposes permitted by law. Authorized-agent requests require proof of authority and identity.

13. INTERNATIONAL USERS AND OTHER STATE RIGHTS

We operate from the United States. If you access the site elsewhere, information may be processed in the United States and other locations where our providers operate, subject to applicable safeguards and law.

14. THIRD-PARTY LINKS AND ACCOUNT CONNECTIONS

Third-party sites and platforms have their own privacy practices. This Policy does not govern information they collect independently. Review their policies before providing information or linking an account.
